About Our Stay

Definitely an awesome destination! The campground provides free shuttle service to the park every 15-20 minutes. As a guest, you get in an hour early. If you have a park ticket, you can also use it 3 hours before closing the night before. We were there on a rainy weekend, so didn't get to enjoy the site much. We were in the corner, near the field and had a lot of road construction in the morning. Not a deal breaker by any means. The staff was great. They have a large gift shop, decent laundry and multiple pools with lifeguards. They also have gaga ball for the kids, but it was flooded while we were there. Lancaster is a short trip away and worth taking advantage of!

What We Liked

  • Easy access to Hershey Park
  • Tickets came as part of our camping package, so less stress
  • Shuttle service to the park
  • Great service from everyone

What We'd Change / Things to Know

  • This has more of a thousand trails/campground vibe. It is not a resort feel from the campground perspective. Not bad, just an observation.
  • If you are in the back corner by the road, it can be loud in the morning.

Campsite & Hookups

We had full hookups on a fairly level spot. The spots are tight and roads a bit confusing, but manageable for a larger rig
