About Our Stay
SanWar RV Park & Resort was a fun stop on our summer road trip through Georgia. The kids loved the playground, and we spent plenty of time enjoying the pools, lazy river, and waterslide. It was a great place to cool off and relax after being on the road, and we even managed to get some laundry done while we were there. SanWar gave us a nice mix of fun for the kids and downtime for us before continuing our trip.

What We'd Change / Things to Know
- Small Laundry area.
- Restaurant not open in off peak days/times.
Campsite & Hookups
We had site 63, which was a large, back in site, located directly next to the pool and lazy river. The sites were well above average and fairly level on gravel surface. Grass area was large between each site.
Amenities
Family & Kid Notes
- The pool and lazy river were a destination of their own. The kids also loved the waterslide. Mom and Dad loved the pool and lazy river.
- Large playground for kids to use
Things to Do Nearby
- We did not get to enjoy the nearby area. We were told the Mexican and Chinese restaurants were great.
Would We Stay Again?
Definitely a destination sort of resort, not just a pass through!
